Enology Planning Workshop

September 5, 2014


If you are a wine maker or if you grow grapes to make wine, Anna Katharine Mansfield and Chris Gerling would like to hear from you. Come to the Hudson Valley Lab on September 5 2014 at 1:30 pm for a planning session, where you can discuss Hudson Valley industry needs and priorities with Anna Katharine and Chris. Anna Katherine Mansfield is an assistant professor of enology and Chris Gerling is an extension associate for enology at Cornell's New York State Agricultural Experiment Station (NYSAES) in Geneva, NY. The Cornell Enology Extension Lab is focused on providing educational offerings and applied research that enable New York wineries to optimize wine quality and production efficiency.
