Reporter Aaron Munzer of the Cornell Chronicle Online covered a recent Ethnic Vegetable Workshop hosted by the Cornell Vegetable Program and CCE Ontario County. The article is titled "On the New York Veggie Forefront: Tatsoi, Shiso, Maxixe and Other Ethnic Delectables". Cornell Vegetable Specialist Robert Hadad is quoted throughout the article because of his plans to conduct several ethnic vegetable trials in an effort to determine how well the crops grow in our region, how to best introduce the varieties to growers and how to get consumers to buy them.

- For produce farms look for a GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices) training needed to meet buyer demands for audit/certification, this program will provide that as well.
