Growing Greens and Storing Crops for the Winter Market - Wednesday Walk & Talk

Discussion will focus on technique sharing for winter greens production, appropriate storage conditions to reduce losses and increase quality, and strategies for introducing greens or an expanded selection of storage crops in your winter offerings.
